What is NLP?

Neuro - The way that we process information in our neurology through our five senses.

Linguistic - The language and non-verbal communication we use to describe our experience.

Programming - The patterns of behaviour that we run as a result of our experiences. We can re-programme our behaviour to achieve a desired outcome.

NLP was first developed in the 70's by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. It is now recognised as a significant leader in the field of Human Communication and Developmental Change. It is essentially a modelling technology that uncovers the differences that make the difference, by studying excellence in human behaviour.

It's approach is one of curiosity and experimentation and it is therefore at the 'cutting edge', always developing, evolving and honing it's discoveries. NLP is ultimately about discovering, experiencing and enjoying the impressive results that you can achieve. Once you start applying NLP to your life you will be amazed at the transformation that occurs within you.
